I am BRAND NEW to NetMeeting. I am trying to use the feature called Remote
Desktop Sharing.
I have setup all the computers on a LAN. All computers are recognized.
Now, I want to take the Win2000 Professional laptop and use it to remotely
control my WinXP HOME Desktop Computer.
I went to the WinXP Home Desktop Computer and ran NetMeeting. I activated
Remote Desktop Sharing. I closed the program and activated Remote Desktop
Sharing.
Then I went to my LAPTOP running Win2000. I tried to place a call to the
IP address. The desktop accepted the call. However, on the laptop it
seemed to create a netmeeting call rather than give me access to my
WinXPHome Desktop. How do I get to the Remote Desktop from the Remote
Laptop.
THANK YOU.
